To use the Services as a Merchant, you must be a duly organized and operating business or an individual legally authorized to act on behalf of one. You must provide accurate and complete business registration information and promptly update any changes. You may only register a business that you are legally authorized to represent. Submitting false, misleading, or unauthorized business information — including impersonating another business — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, legal liability under applicable fraud or identity theft laws, and removal of related content.

BUY FUTURE does not independently verify the ownership or accuracy of submitted business information and disclaims liability for any disputes arising from such information. You are solely responsible for any harm, liability, or damages caused to BUY FUTURE or third parties resulting from unauthorized or inaccurate submissions. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and account activity. BUY FUTURE provides access only through its proprietary login system and does not support third-party or social login methods.

You may create and manage service listings, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and promotional offers. You are fully responsible for all content submitted through your business account. You represent and warrant that all content is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and not misleading. You agree to indemnify BUY FUTURE against any claims arising from such content. By uploading any content, you grant BUY FUTURE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote such content solely in connection with the Services. You may not upload listings representing general store credits, gift certificates, or prepaid monetary value. All offerings must clearly identify a specific service (e.g., “60-Minute Massage Ticket”) and indicate all usage restrictions.

You agree to honor all confirmed reservations unless canceled in accordance with clearly communicated store policies. You must clearly disclose any no-show policy and obtain user acknowledgment through a checkbox or similar method. For example: “No-shows will result in automatic ticket forfeiture and no refund.” Repeated failures to deliver services or respond to customer inquiries may result in suspension or termination of your account. You must comply with applicable laws, including those relating to customer protection and non-discrimination.

You may offer time-limited promotions, discounted tickets, or coupons through the Services. All such offers must be accurately described, honored upon issuance, and clearly limited in scope. Tickets and vouchers must be tied to specific services, non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash or general store credit. In the event of account deletion, any unused tickets or vouchers will automatically expire and shall not be refundable. You may not use expressions such as “$30 coupon” or “store credit,” which may be interpreted as prepaid access or stored value. Coupons and offers provided through the Services are promotional in nature, have no cash value, and do not constitute stored value or gift certificates. Merchant must set accurate validity dates and, where feasible, give at least 7–14 days’ prior notice of termination or closure. If a Merchant ceases participation in BUY FUTURE or closes its business, the Merchant will use best efforts to honor previously downloaded coupons during the stated validity period or provide a comparable remedy; provided, however, that offers may become unavailable in such circumstances. BUY FUTURE is not responsible for a Merchant’s failure to honor a coupon or offer.

BUY FUTURE reserves the right to remove or suspend any offering that may be interpreted as monetary value or otherwise violate regulatory obligations. Merchants are prohibited from listing monetary-value tickets (e.g., “$30 use voucher”). Repeated violations may result in ticket removal or account suspension. Ticket transfer is generally prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the Merchant. On-site changes to services (e.g., upgrades or fee adjustments) are allowed at the Merchant’s discretion but must be clearly disclosed during ticket registration. In the event of user complaints related to misrepresented services or invalid ticket formats, the Merchant shall bear sole responsibility.

Communication with users must be limited to legitimate service purposes and conducted through approved in-app channels. Soliciting users for off-platform transactions, direct marketing, or redirecting to third-party channels (e.g., text, email, social media) is strictly prohibited.

You may only access and use user data provided through the platform for the limited purpose of fulfilling reservations and providing services. You agree to keep all user and platform data confidential and to comply with applicable data protection laws. Merchants shall not use user personal data obtained through the Services for any purposes other than fulfilling reservations and providing the booked services. In particular, Merchants are prohibited from using such data for external marketing, unsolicited communications, profiling, remarketing, or transferring such data to third parties without a lawful basis and the user’s explicit consent, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

Merchant shall comply with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” and other applicable data protection regulations of Uzbekistan. User data shall be stored and processed in accordance with applicable local data localization and security requirements.

BUY FUTURE may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms, submit fraudulent content, misuse the Services, or engage in conduct that could harm users, other merchants, or BUY FUTURE. We may also suspend your account in the event of suspected violations of payment laws, AML rules, or improper ticket usage.

Merchants may request account termination by contacting help@buyfuture.app . Upon termination, BUY FUTURE will delete or anonymize personal data in accordance with applicable laws and its Privacy Policy. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and all licenses granted under these Terms shall be revoked. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination of these Terms shall remain in effect, including but not limited to Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party APIs, SDKs, or platform integrations. The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. BUY FUTURE is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of such external services.

BUY FUTURE does not act as a bank, money transmitter, electronic money issuer, or licensed payment organization under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. All payments are processed through licensed third-party payment service providers in Uzbekistan ("Payment Providers"), including but not limited to _____ or any successor providers. BUY FUTURE does not collect, hold, or safeguard user funds. Merchants acknowledge that payment processing, settlements, refunds, and chargebacks are governed by the terms and policies of the applicable Payment Providers. BUY FUTURE complies with applicable AML/CTF (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing) laws and regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and may report suspicious activities to competent authorities as required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their validity, performance, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes through the platform or your registered email address. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. BUY FUTURE may add, remove, or modify any features of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

BUY FUTURE may offer optional paid advertising placements to Merchants, which may be displayed within the user-facing application or other designated areas of the Services. The placement, positioning, format, duration, and frequency of advertisements are determined at BUY FUTURE’s discretion in accordance with its operational policies and service environment. BUY FUTURE does not guarantee any specific performance, exposure, or results from advertising placements.

Advertising services may be purchased for a fee or through internal point-based systems. Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Advertisements purchased with cash or points are non-refundable once submitted. Any auto-renewal options, if available, require the Merchant’s affirmative opt-in. All applicable advertising terms must be clearly acknowledged prior to purchase. Merchants are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and content of their advertisements.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, content, layout, data, and software code, are owned or licensed by BUY FUTURE. Merchants shall not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written consent

To the extent BUY FUTURE processes Personal Data on behalf of Merchants in connection with the Services, the parties agree that the [Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”)] shall apply. The DPA is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between Merchant and BUY FUTURE. By accepting these Terms, Merchant also agrees to the DPA. The current version of the DPA is available at [DPA].

The Services are intended for use solely within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Merchants may only offer services located and performed within Uzbekistan.
BUY FUTURE does not represent that the Services are appropriate or available for use outside Uzbekistan and disclaims any liability arising from cross-border use.
